For 10 hours stay:
A. Medium Nipa – Php 300 per hour
B. Big Nipa – Php 350 per hour
The Management accepts cash, gcash, bank transfer and credit card payments.
Each room is provided with towels and toiletries based on the room’s maximum allowable occupant. Any request for additional items is subject to applicable charges
Bringing in of outside food are free of charge. However, a corkage fee will apply for alcoholic beverages.
Big speakers, catering services and live band are not allowed. Unless the reservations are booked for private.
Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited and may be fined.
Free parking is available on the premises.
Please be reminded “Park at your own risk”. The resort is not liable to any damages or loses of your valuable inside your vehicle.
Lost Keys
Lost or failure to surrender room keys will be charged PHP 250.00 each
Visitors are requested to lock the door of their rooms securely when going out or when going to bed. The resort will not or in any way be responsible for the loss or theft of visitors / guest's goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of the resort staff, agents or any cause whatsoever including the theft or pilferage.
The Management is not responsible for the guests’ valuables within the resort premises.
As a security measure, all guests shall secure an exit clearance should they wish to leave the resort premises and upon check-out, make sure to surrender the keycards before leaving the premises. Any loss or damages to the property of the resort due to improper use or negligence of the guest will be fined.
Drone flying inside or above resort’s premises is strictly prohibited without prior approval.
The Management reserves its right to change any policies, rules and regulations from time to time. In case of any dispute, decision of the resort will be considered as final and binding.

NO OVERCAPACITY .There is a certain capacity per accommodation.

A. Any hard drinks: Php 100/bottle

Guest Belongings
The Management is not responsible for the guests’ valuables within the resort premises.
Any loss or damages to the property of the resort due to improper use or negligence of the guest will be fined.
Resort Pet- Friendly Policy
We value the convenience and safety of all guests. You and your pet are allowed to have an enriching experience during your stay. Guests staying for day tour, night tour and overnight in the Resort are allowed to bring their pets, subject to our Pet-Friendly Policy.
We strive to preserve the comfort, health and safety of our guests. During your stay, please be informed of the Resort Pet Policy:
1. Only dogs or cats are allowed as pets in the Resort. No other animals may be kept in the property.
2. A maximum of two pets are permitted per room only.
3. Pets are allowed only in the premises in which they are registered.
4. Pets should not have been sick in the last seventy-two (72) hours. A medical clearance from a certified vet may be required upon check-in.
5. All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas and ticks. Pets must wear diapers at all times especially in public areas of the resort.
6. Pets are allowed to stay at the garden or lawn, provided that they are leashed and that their waste will be cleaned and will be disposed of by their owners in secured disposable bags. At all times, the guest shall maintain and keep the property in a good and sanitary condition.
7. Under no circumstances pets can’t be left unattended in the room or in any other part of the resort.
8. All equipment required for the upkeep, and feeding of pets are to be provided by the guest. Under no circumstances shall any equipment within the property be used for animal use, this includes the use of a hotel bathtub, available towels, and linen for your pets. Any use of linen for their pets is to incur corresponding charges. Stained linen will be charged twice the regular laundry rate while permanently stained linens will be charged with a corresponding replacement fee.
9. Pet owners will be required to promptly address any complaints made by fellow guests regarding noise or any other such disturbance that may be caused by the pet/s. In the event that any pet becomes overly disruptive or in any way aggressive towards other guests or employees, the pet must be removed from the property. In the event that any pet is considered dangerous by the Resort Management, it shall immediately be removed from the property by the guest.
10. Any damage caused by the pet(s) shall be charged to the registered guest and must be paid immediately upon the presentation of an invoice.
11. The management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of any pet for any reason whatsoever.
12. The guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees, for personal injury or property damage that may be caused by or attributed to their pet/s.
